Melissa, Joanna and Kate will work with talented high school students from North Philadelphia at Taller Puertorriqueño. Together with the students they will create a fashion and multimedia portfolio that demonstrates what the students can do and who they can be as artists. The three filmmakers will capture their journeys through a documentary, while also facilitating film workshops with the students. While learning the art of of story development and visual representation, the youth will create films of their own, expressing their identities to a broad audience.
