Submit Your Grant Report

• All Art and Change grantees must submit a final report to Leeway within 60 days of completing your project.
• If you have an outstanding report, you will not be able to apply for another grant at Leeway.

All Leeway Transformation awardees from:

• 2023 must submit a final report to Leeway by March 15, 2025
• 2024 must submit a final report to Leeway by March 15, 2026

Any audio or visual documentation of your work is welcomed for promotional use but is not required.

If you have an outstanding report, you will not be able to apply for another grant at Leeway.

Media Artist + Activist residents as well as their collaborating organizations must submit separate final reports to Leeway. All MAR residents from:

• 2023 must submit a final report to Leeway by March 15, 2025
• 2024 must submit a final report to Leeway by March 15, 2026

Please note: The artist is required to submit a copy of the media produced as a part of this residency.

If you have an outstanding report, you will not be able to apply for another grant at Leeway.

All Window of Opportunity grantees must submit a final report to Leeway within 30 days of their opportunity end date.

Please note: You will be required to submit copies of receipts associated with your opportunity with your final report. Retain all receipts associated with your opportunity request. Any funds not spent for the purpose specified in the application must be returned with your final report. Please contact program staff with any questions about this.

If you have an outstanding report, you will not be able to apply for another grant at Leeway.

If you received a Fleisher or NextFab residency, your final report is due 30 days after the residency end date.
