Gabe Loredo (they/them) is an artist and designer born and raised in Philly.

Their love of graphic novels, early aughts internet, and mementos informs their multidisciplinary art practice. An avid illustrator, collector, and fiber artist, they create installation-based work that allows the viewer to discover pieces of a story over time.

Gabe works year-round with the Philadelphia Latino Film Festival to develop their annual festival art direction and coordinate their online communications. Their penchant for organization was used to help create efficient systems and processes and an archive of institutional knowledge for the organization.

For over ten years, Gabe has worked with various Philly-area artists to create graphics and publications to promote their work and the communities they celebrate. This desire to support and collaborate with creatives led them to co-organize the student group Artists of Color Collective at Tyler School of Art + Architecture, where they earned their B.F.A. in Fibers & Material Studies in 2020.
