Eli VandenBerg
Eli VandenBerg is Co-Chair of the Leeway Foundation Board, with a background in mental health, disability justice, and the arts. He currently works as a therapist at Swarthmore College Counseling and Psychological Services. Previously, Eli managed ArtWorks at Community Integrated Services, supporting artists with intellectual and developmental disabilities in advancing their professional careers, and The Print Center, where he managed a roster of over 50 artists, promoting their careers through sales, program development, and outreach. Eli holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Bryn Mawr's Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research and Fine Arts degrees from Pratt Institute and Arcadia University. Outside of work, Eli enjoys cats, baking, quilting, trans literature, and queer ephemera.
