Nancy Shell won first place for Works on Paper at Fleisher Art Memorial Adult Student Art Show

Nancy Shell (LTA '15, ACG '12, WOO '01, '99) won first place for works on paper at the 120th Fleisher Art Memorial Adult Student Art Show for her piece Cosmic Protection Goddesses, a 15x 22 acrylic and mixed media work on paper.
For 120 years, the Annual Adult Student Exhibition has celebrated the vibrant artwork created by Fleisher’s students. The exhibition provides students with the opportunity to show their work in a public gallery, a milestone in any artist’s career. In addition, numerous cash prizes are awarded to students in each of many categories of art making including fiber arts, drawing, painting, ceramics, printmaking, sculpture, and photography at the exhibition’s closing reception.
