SelenaE will teach virtual dance classes for free while Covid-19 continues to impact access in-person classes and opporunities. The classes will be an affirming community space for Black women unable to join a dance school or gym for movement classes. SelenaE’s primary goal is to utilize the art of dance to make space for Black women to have positive communal interactions and help Black women better understand the history of Black dance.
