Ondartza

Ondartza will create a mixed-media bilingual (Spanish-English) piece of musical theater. It will describe the healing journey of a woman who is a survivor of rape. Her play will include characters from folk stories and mythology, narration, poetry, music, dance, acting and minimal staging. Ondartza’s goal with the play is to raise awareness regarding the aftermath of rape concretely for women as well as opening up space for survivors to be empowered.
