Jojo will produce a three-day Stand Up Comedy Performance Festival called SISTAS ROCK THE MIC. The platform will provide a space for creative expression and empower women to speak their minds on various issues such as domestic violence, addiction, incarceration and single parenting using a comedic-artistic dialogue. The aim of the event is to use stand up comedy to get people to laugh at some of the absurdities of challenging conditions while simultaneously becoming a catalyst that motivates the audience to think critically about social, economic, and political concerns.
