Dorothy Goins

Dorothy will teach creative writing to victims of domestic abuse at Sojourner's House. The workshops will teach participants to use writing as a therapeutic tool. The women will write short stories and poems and learn to develop their writing voices. Dorothy’s goal is to help the women build self-confidence as they use writing to dig up what is buried deep within them. She aims to empower the women to use creative writing for self-expression.
