Christine Nwakwue is a Multitalented Screenwriter, Filmmaker, Content-creator. Born and raised in Nigeria, Currently based in Philadelphia. She has written and Executive Produce her very first Short film “INFATUATION”. She has gained Entry into top tier Filmmakers Lab like the Sundance Collab “Class of 2021”.
As a Content creator, she Focuses on Showcasing Africa’s Rich, Diverse, Culture and Heritage through Food, Travel and Lifestyle through her YouTube Channel and Food blog. Her show “Christine’s nuggets currently Airs on Phillycam Tv a Community Media in Philadelphia. She also prides herself in Hosting Occasional Live FREE cooking Classes Online in a way of reaching her community.
In order to further expose Africa’s food and Heritage, Christine Nwakwue will be Interviewing, and Highlighting a Philadelphia based Restaurateur, who focuses on Preparing and Selling Nigerian Food to the Community. This Project is going to Highlight, life of an Immigrant Business owner/restauranteur in Philadelphia from Challenges, drive, Joy, Covid-19 impact and contribution to the Community.

Overview
Christine Nwakwue's project will spotlight and document cooking demonstrations with Philly-based Nigerian Restauranteurs, highlighting the cultural importance, creation, and preparation of Nigerian food. Through this project, Christine will highlight each restauranteur's journey, personal mission, and challenges throughout the pandemic — with the goal of bringing Africans in the diaspora together through food.
