Beth A. Uzwiak

Beth Uzwiak and Laurian Bowles are artists and anthropologists who have been collaborating for more than ten years.  Recent projects include community-based fieldwork focusing on race and activism, the visual history of queer and gendered bodies, and social practice art addressing embodiments of violence and resilience.
