Ana will work with newly arrived immigrant youth in Philadelphia and Upper Darby, many of whom have gone through challenging experiences with immigration detention and foster care. Participants will draw the paths they have transited until arrival in their current neighborhood, describing their relationship to the territories in which they have lived and reflecting on their identity. Ana will conduct four sessions at La Puerta Abierta in Norris Square Neighborhood Project, culminating in two community events and a website showcasing short podcasts and narratives.
