Alfredia Parker

Alfredia Parker's project will conduct stilt classes for children and adults that will travel throughout Greater Philadelphia. This project will support the longstanding African tradition of stilt walking, storytelling, and dance in a cross-generational capacity. Alfredia's goal is to build an educational interactive festive environment for children, family, and the community-at-large that provides a sense of cultural enrichment and serves as a platform for positive change.
