Overview
Addye will offer Yay 9! Crafternoons, a monthly craft workshop at Amalgam Comics and Coffeehouse in Kensington. Based on Addye’s original, bold black girl characters of Yay 9!, the 2-hour workshops provide marginalized urban girls, particularly girls of color, a creative space to express themselves, find joy in their community, and learn the importance of self-care.
