VONA/Voices Writing Workshops for Writers of Color

Voices of Our Nation Arts Foundation (VONA), is offering two one-week writing workshops for writers of color at the University of Miami this Summer. Any writer or aspiring writer of color is eligible to apply. Prior workshop experience or publication is not required or considered as part of the application. The essay questions are weighed along with the written manuscript in evaluation of the application. Workshop genres include Fiction, Poetry, and Memoir.
Application deadline: March 15

Session 1: June 19 to 25
Session 2: June 26 to July 2
