Leeway Grantee Folami Irvine presents at Growing Rural Urban Perspectives

Leeway Grantee and founder of Precious Jewels Prevention Program LLC Folami Irvine, presents ABC Herbal Coloring Book at Growing Rural Urban Perspectives, Pennsylvania Women's Agricultural Network's 13th Annual Networking Symposium. This event will be held Wednesday, December 18 from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm at Temple University Howard Gittis Student Center (1755 N 13th Street). Tickets Price: General Admission $25, Student $10. The symposium, presented by the Temple University Center for Sustainable Communities will feature two keynote speakers Leah Penniman, co-founder of Soul Fire Farm and author of Farming While Black and Audra Mulkern, founder of the Female Farmer Project and co-producer of the documentary Women's Work. They will discuss the diverse needs and experiences of women growers in Pennsylvania and across the county.
