Irit Reinheimer Screens Film at Austin's Gay and Lesbian Film Festival

Irit Reinheimer's (ACG '06) short film I Told Her This Was Home will screen at the Austin Gay and Lesbian Film Festival on September 11 at 10:00am. The film explores ideas of landlessness and diaspora through abstracted dreamscapes constructed by layering new and archival footage, rotoscoping, and text. Based on an actual dream, the film maps the comforts and restlessness of a constant search for home.
