Center for Emerging Visual Artists, in partnership with NewCourtland, announces the 2015 NewCourtland Artist Fellowship. The fellowship offers a $2,500 stipend in addition to reimbursement of materials for Philadelphia area artists are asked to create an intergenerational project to connect senior residents with school-aged children.
