Black Quantum Futurism presents Youth Housing Visioning Session

Board member Rasheedah Phillips is curating an exhibition and event series in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Fair Housing Act. The art exhibition and programs will be held at Icebox Project Space between April 14-22. The project explores issues of affordable housing, displacement, and gentrification through the lens of afrofuturism, art, and archives. Read more.
As part of the exhibition, she will be collaborating with a local youth group advocating around youth homelessness called Youth Healers Stand Up! and a few other local artists and advocates to hold a youth-facilitated Youth Housing Visioning Session on April 22.
