Call for Performers: BLENDER! 2014 Trans* Performance Showcase

Blender! Trans* Performance Showcase, the official performance for the Philadelphia Trans-Health Conference, is looking for performers! Blender! Will take place on Saturday, June 14 as part of the Philadelphia Trans Health Conference. This diverse show is looking for submissions focusing on trans* experiences, gender, identity, diversity, queerness, social justice, and community. Welcome styles include performance art, dance, spoken word, music and song, drag, and burlesque, and more. Blender! is designed to showcase the talent and experiences of trans* and gender non-conforming people as well as anyone who enjoys challenging gender norms and promoting a just community. All identities and talents are welcome! 
Deadline: Monday, April 14. Click here to submit. 

Blender! is a free, charity showcase to benefit The Philadelphia Transgender Health Conference. Performers are asked to graciously donate their time and talents. For special needs cases, there may be travel scholarships available. The venue is physically accessible.
