Black Feminist Futures Is Hiring A Manager of Programs and Innovation

Black Feminist Future is excited to be hiring a Manager of Programs and Innovation to join the team! 

Entering our 5th year, this will be our first full time hire and this position will be critical in the growth and development of Black Feminist Futures’ continuing work as an incubator for innovative black feminist organizing, leadership development, and movement building.

Black Feminist Futures(BFF) is an initiative informed by the legacy of Black feminist organizing, grounded in the current pulse of movements, and located at the emergent need to amplify the power of Black women and girls in organizing and building power for the 21st century. BFF is a movement incubator that focuses on the dynamic possibilities of galvanizing the social and political power of Black women and girls. This project intends to amplify and build the leadership of Black feminist leaders and increase the capacity of Black feminist movement building.

Position Summary

BFF seeks a dynamic Program Manager with a deep commitment to Black feminisms and social change to implement, coordinate, and design our programs. They will be responsible for the day to day. The Program Manager is an important internal and external leader who collaborates with BFF staff, leaders, and partners and to deepen the impact of our initiatives.

This full-time position requires work both in and out of the BFF office. The staffer must be based in Atlanta.
